RUN GAMEDAY / TICKETS · [ 000 ]

Using TeamSnap?Check the spectator gate separately.

TeamSnap’s registration and payments serve the player and club side, and that may be exactly what you want to keep. If you also charge spectators at the gate, see whether Gameday’s event page, QR tickets and phone scanning fit alongside your current tools.

[ 001 / The flow ]

How it works.

Create the page, sell tickets, scan phones at the door. Three steps for your next event.

01
Create the event

Turn the event page into the front door.

Your event gets a clean website page with ticket types, all-in pricing, and Stripe checkout. Share one link. No app for families to download.

02
Sell QR tickets

Tickets land by text and email.

Buyers get a QR code they can pull up from their phone. No account creation. No app download. Half the crowd is checked in before they arrive.

03
Run the gate

Scan phones and take walk-up payments.

Volunteers scan from a phone browser, walk-ups pay by card with Tap to Pay on iPhone, and you leave with real totals.

[ 002 / What we do ]

Built for the people running the gate.

Below is what Gameday’s spectator gate looks like, using real product screens. The gate totals tile is an example event, not a customer’s numbers.

QR ticket sales

Sell online before game day. Tickets arrive by text and email as a QR code. No account, no app.

Phone-based scanning

Any phone becomes the gate scanner from the browser. Volunteers are set up in minutes, no hardware to buy or charge.

Tap to Pay walk-ups

Latecomers pay by card at the gate with Tap to Pay on iPhone, and the sale lands in the same record as everything else.

Refunds and exports

Issue refunds with a clean trail, and export attendee and sales data for taxes, reconciliation, and month-end close.

Payouts to your Stripe

Ticket money lands in your own Stripe account, with a clear payout report. No spreadsheet cleanup for the board.

[ 004 / Questions ]

Straight answers.

Does Gameday replace TeamSnap?

No. Gameday does not handle team registration and does not connect to TeamSnap. It covers spectator tickets and the gate.

What does TeamSnap cover?

TeamSnap describes youth sports registration and payment tools for clubs and leagues on its own site. TeamSnap registration ↗

Who is Gameday for, then?

The person who runs spectator admission: selling tickets before the event, scanning them at the gate, and taking walk-up payments.

What does it cost?

No setup fee and no monthly bill. Transaction fees apply when a ticket or payment is processed, and you choose whether fans or your organization cover the fee. The slider above shows the math for one ticket.

What happens in a pilot?

We set up your next event with you, walk your volunteers through the scanner, and get ready for the first gate together. The usual transaction fees apply to tickets sold.
